Helping Move the Industry Forward

BCM Inks is on a mission to move the corrugated industry forward in every way possible. We don’t just formulate success for our customers. We also seek to help industry professionals grow and develop.

We’re passionate about this business and all that we can accomplish together. That passion is why we are committed to sustainable products and business practices. It’s why we have a longstanding involvement in AICC, The Independent Packaging Association. And it’s why we invest in industry education.

Werner Sattler/BCM Inks Scholarship

BCM Inks is honored to partner with Clemson University’s corrugated graphics program—one of the only programs of its kind in the country.

We’re a longtime contributor to Clemson’s program and are actively involved in programming, internships, scholarships, and recruitment.

In 1994, we created the Werner Sattler/BCM Inks Scholarship at Clemson in memory of our late technical director, Werner Sattler (pictured to the right).

In the decades since, we’ve awarded more than 70 scholarships to deserving Clemson University graphics communication department students. We believe industry-education partnerships like this are critical to meet the ever-changing needs of the graphics print industry.

We also provide our inks to Clemson University for free, which helps benefit students and industry professionals alike.

BCM inks have been used on various student projects, including several that received 1st place in AICC’s Annual Student Design Competition.

AICC Educational Partner

We’ve been involved with AICC since the inception of BCM, and we recognize the importance of helping train professionals in our industry.

We created a series of original training modules about inks for AICC’s Packaging University. These classes are free to AICC members and are available in both English and Spanish.

With such a competitive labor market in our industry, printers frequently find themselves needing to train new press operators. These educational videos can help with that training process.

We are also supporters of AICC’s Foundation for Packaging Education, an endowment dedicated to help train people in the corrugated, folding carton, rigid box, and related supply chain industries.
