Founded by David Callif in 1988 and now led by his son, Robert Callif, BCM Inks is a privately-owned company with headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. With an additional facility in Monterrey, Mexico and distributorship in Santiago, Chile, BCM is a multinational leader, marketing our inks and varnishes throughout the United States, Mexico, Central America, and South America.

David Callif
CEO & Chairman
David Callif founded BCM Inks in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1988.
He’s contributed to the industry through participation on numerous boards, and has spoken on various industry topics around the world.
David is married to Lynn and they have two sons and four grandchildren.
He loves spending time with his family, playing golf, and rooting for the Bengals, Bearcats, and Buckeyes.
Robert Callif
President
Rob Callif joined BCM Inks as a sales/technical representative in 2001.
As BCM’s second-generation owner and president, Rob is growing the business with the same integrity and philosophies his father incorporated when founding the company.
Rob and his wife, Rachel, have two children. The family enjoys traveling, exercising, sports, and theater.
Scott Miller
USA Sales/Technical Director
Scott Miller joined BCM Inks in 2009, bringing with him 20+ years of experience in printing, color management, and prepress.
Currently, he oversees the BCM Inks Sales/Technical team in the U.S. Scott and his wife, Jennifer, live in Cincinnati.
They have three children and two grandchildren. Scott enjoys cooking, golfing, and traveling with family and friends.
David Yanez
Latin America Commercial Director
David Yanez has been with BCM Inks for 25+ years.
David has a passion for the corrugated industry and for serving customers.
Besides traveling the world, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, and cooking meals for them.
Austin Cole
Operations Manager
Austin Cole joined BCM Inks in 2025. He served as an Army Paratrooper and Combat Veteran before building a career in high-volume automotive manufacturing, where he developed expertise in operations, process efficiency, and team leadership.
As Operations Manager, Austin oversees Production, the Quality Lab, the R&D Lab, and Facility Management.
Outside of work, he enjoys kayaking, smoking meats, and spending time at home with his wife, their five children, and three dogs.
Natan Nasilevich
R&D Director
Natan Nasilevich leads BCM’s research and development of new products and product improvements. Natan has 35+ years of experience in the ink and printing industry, and he’s been with BCM Inks for more than 30 of those years.
Outside of BCM, Natan enjoys photography, spending time with friends and family, and cooking delicious meals for them.

BCM Inks along with its collaborative partner, Close the Loop, were named Gold award winners at the 25th DuPont Awards for Packaging Innovation.
Innovator of the Year
BCM was Twice Runner-up for AICC’s Innovator of the Year. BCM was runner-up for the AICC Innovator of the Year in 1992 for the Mini-Ink Kitchen and in 2005 for Secure-a-Flex security inks and varnishes.
Clemson University’s Top Cat Award
BCM Inks and David Callif were receipients of Clemson University’s Top Cat Award in recognition of the company and David Callif’s support of the University’s Graphics Communications program.
Cincinnati Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Sciences Award
BCM Inks was recognized by the Cincinnati Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Sciences for the return on investment (ROI) achieved by the company’s training program. BCM was one of only 4 Cincinnati manufacturing companies honored.
