  • Customer Content: Color and job data provided by customers.

  • Usage Data: Usage analytics.
    • Collection: Tracking via AWS CloudWatch and LogRocket.
    • Use: To understand how the App is used, monitor its performance, and identify areas for improvement. LogRocket may also record user sessions for QA and technical support.

Data Sharing

We may share your data with the following third parties:

  • LogRocket: We share usage data, including session recordings, with LogRocket for quality assurance and technical support purposes.

Data Security

  • Access to the App is restricted to user accounts created and managed by authorized BCM Inks staff.

B2B Specific Considerations

  • Business Use: This App is intended for use by businesses and their authorized personnel to facilitate their interactions with BCM Inks. Users are expected to adhere to their organization’s internal policies regarding the use of business applications.
  • Data Ownership and Control: While BCM Inks owns the underlying App and its infrastructure, business customers have control over the specific job and color data they create and manage within their accounts.
  • Integrations: We utilize LogRocket to enhance our technical support and quality assurance processes. The session data recorded by LogRocket will only be accessed and used by authorized BCM Inks personnel and our development partner for these specific purposes.
  • Data Processing Agreements (DPA): Given the business-to-business nature of this App and the primary legal bases for processing (legitimate interests and contract performance), we do not currently offer a standardized Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR compliance. However, we are open to discussing specific data processing needs with our enterprise clients.
  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell any business or personal data collected through the BCM Inks App to any third parties.
